Valerian infused red grape vinegar
This is a product for someone who needs sleep and wants to be alcohol and sugar free. It’s made with a great local vinegar and contains all of the anti oxidants you would find in a red wine. Valerian is a sedative herb. To promote sleep, we recommend 2 tsp in a 8 oz of hot, still, or sparkling water. Another interesting thing about valerian is that it can help reduce anxiety in the daytime. So one could put a small amount in a large water bottle to take the edge off. This can be especially beneficial when feeling jumpy or having difficulty calming down, especially when dealing with a stressful situation.
Valerian Sleep Spritzer
In a tea strainer over a cup add some raspberries or sliced dark cherries and mash with the back of a spoon. Pour over sparkling mineral water and let it infuse for a minute. Remove strainer and add 2 tsp valerian red grape vinegar in 8 oz of sparkling water. Stir a little and sleep…….
